Matt founded the band in February 2008, the band being put together through Matt's life-long love of Ska music. Matt is a self taught drummer & percussionist and has always played in bands of varying types for the last twenty years, also previously working as road crew for the 'Gangsters of Ska' along with the band's lead singer Ian on countless occasions.

Strict timekeeper and band Manager, Matt does all the behind the scenes work with venues, promoters and clients on the band's behalf on a full time basis, which has proved to be very rewarding work.

Ian is the band's lead vocalist and front man, and is an instantly recognisable face throughout the country from his many previous years and countless gigs as lead vocalist with the award winning North East band 'The Gangsters of Ska'.

Always the perfectionist, Ian has an amazing presence on stage, despite his quiet, modest personality behind the scenes. Renowned for the ability to emulate the original singers voices with great success 'O.B' continues to be one of the most consistent performers nationwide.

Jason is the band's bass guitarist, an amazingly talented young musician who has the ability to play both bass and rhythm guitar to the highest standard. Jason first came into the band's line up at very short notice in April of 2008 and promptly learnt the entire set in less than 48 hours before his first gig - in which he played seamlessly.

Jason has been ever present in the band's line up ever since, and is an integral part of the band wherever they perform. A genuine Ska music lover, Jason lives and breathes music and continues to 'keep the faith.'

Mick plays rhythm guitar for the band, and is a seasoned performer boasting performances at many legendary venues around the country. Mick has performed with 'The Clashed' - the nation's finest tribute act to punk icons 'The Clash', and continues to do so along with being an permanent member of SKA-BOOM! UK.

A down to earth kind of a guy, Mick is one of the finest guitarists we have seen in recent years, and reproduces the actual original music score with amazing accuracy, in all cases.

Rob has been in the band's line up from the very beginning, and despite being one of the band's younger members has amazing ability on the keys, and always plays to a consistently high standard, without exception. Always ready for work at all gigs with his sleeves rolled up, Rob really is one of the most genuine musicians, as well as being an electrical genius and live sound engineer.

Rob plays all material as is on the original recording - as all the band do, but with the band using a genuine Hammond organ and Leslie speaker, Rob's sound is simply impossible to reproduce, and is truly authentic.

Ash is another ever present member of the band's brass section, and is simply one of the finest brass players of recent years. With 'perfect pitch' Ash can instantly determine any audible note on the music scale as soon as he hears it. A grade 6 trumpet player, and grade 3 piano player, Ash has taught himself to play trombone to a high standard, and switches between trumpet and trombone at all gigs.

Ash is a quiet but charismatic personality within the band, and is also a computer genius as well as an experienced performer. A super consistent member of the band, who performs well beyond his years.

Yussef is one of the band's recent additions, and one of the longest serving top flight saxophonists in the UK. An original 'Soul Rebel' Yussef has been in countless bands over his many years of performing, and has now a permanent position within the band's line up. Another musical genius, who learnt the band's set without ever hearing it before, at very short notice - but joined the band's line up and never dropped a note in his debut gig.

Always the cool customer and a very well known face wherever the band performs, Yussef is one of the most seasoned performers any audience will ever see - a accolade the band is proud to boast wherever they go.

Zoe was recently invited to join the band's line up to compliment the already seamless brass section, and has done so with style, energy and enthusiasm. Being the youngest member of the band, 'Zed' acquired her level 4 saxophone diploma at the age of 14 with the Guildhall School of Music and plays the saxophone with genuine flare and sophistication.

Zoe is a very well respected member of the band, earning pride of place in our front line, and continues to entertain the bands capacity crowds in one of the finest brass sections ever seen.

Brian is the band's 8th member and live sound engineer/technician. With a lifetime of live sound engineering as well as film and TV production, Brian is a genuine music lover, and Matt's oldest friend. Brian is the brains behind the band's authentic live sound. Another familiar face at many venues, Brian has a genuine enthusiasm for the continued gig schedule the band upholds.

Always the practical joker, Brian wears his heart on his sleeve, a rare trait these days, but is ever present at all the band's gigs - which could not operate without his knowledge and experience.
